Project management experience within a Nuclear generating facility an asset. Experienced with engineering and construction management concepts, methods and techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver reports, briefings, project plans, and presentations. Good organizational and leadership skills, and to be a self-starter who can work both independently and in a team environment that is dedicated to excellence and best practices. Have a strong interest in fast-paced, challenging work environments where showing initiative and self-motivation are assets; Strong in understanding, executing and following governance and procedures with a questioning and analytical attitude. Responsible for coordinating, facilitating and driving a project from initiation to close out. Coordinate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain updated and accurate schedule. Provide regular forecasts and management updates on projects/modifications status and risks Develop modification plans, contracting strategy, materials strategy and execution plans to ensure the assigned Qualifications PMP/P.Eng. is considered an asset

The Project Lead is responsible for coordinating and driving projects from initiation to close-out, including developing modification plans and execution strategies. They must collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining accurate schedules and providing regular management updates.
Exigences
Candidates should be experienced in project management principles and engineering/construction management, ideally within a nuclear generating facility. A PMP or P.Eng. certification is considered an asset.
