IntermodeX Logistics Ltd. is a unionized environment. We are seeking an Industrial Janitor to maintain a busy intermodal logistics facility. This is not an office cleaning position. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in an active industrial environment around heavy equipment, warehouses, outdoor yards, and shop facilities. Rate of Pay * New Hire Starting Rate: $25.70 * Full Rate: $27.70 - after 6 months of employment Schedule * Daily scheduling. Monday to Friday. * Shift start times vary from 10 AM to 1 PM. * Weekend OT shifts when required. Responsibilities: * General janitorial duties in a warehouse environment. * Comfortable operating janitorial equipment such as warehouse floor sweeper, forklift, and road sweeper truck. Training on all equipment will be provided. Working Conditions * Shift work is scheduled daily and based on seniority. * Industrial location - warehouse and lumber yard. * Indoor and outdoor working environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, and noise. * Frequent exposure to heavy equipment that is operating on site. Perform general janitorial duties within an active industrial warehouse and lumber yard environment. Operate specialized equipment including floor sweepers, road sweepers, and forklifts as required.

Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions and heavy machinery. The role requires availability for daily scheduling and potential weekend overtime shifts.
