The supervisor is responsible for overseeing 5-10 workers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. They also prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Candidates must have a high school graduation certificate and between 1 to 2 years of experience in the trucking industry. Proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to work under pressure are required.
