Résumé du poste
Rewrite the Rulebook on Balance Rehab StabilityLAB is Vancouver's premier destination for balance, vertigo, and concussion recovery, built on technology and evidence-based care. We specialize in Computerized Vestibular Retraining Therapy (CVRT) and the DaVID Protocol: cutting-edge, VR-powered therapies that retrain the brain's balance systems in real time. Our results are backed by peer-reviewed, randomized controlled trials, and we're obsessed with measurable outcomes for patients battling dizziness, vertigo, post-concussion symptoms, and fall risk. And here's the best part: our treatments are covered by ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and most extended health plans — so our patients get access to this incredible technology without the financial barriers, and you get to focus on what you do best: changing lives. The Opportunity We're on the hunt for a licensed Physiotherapist who wants to be at the forefront of vestibular rehab in Vancouver. You'll lead initial patient assessments and oversee CVRT treatment sessions using leading-edge VR-based technology. This role starts part-time and contract — but the sky's the limit as our clinic grows, and early team members will grow right along with it. Engagement type: Independent Contractor Schedule: 3 days/week, 4 hours/day (12 hours/week) to start — with real room to expand. Compensation: Full-time-equivalent of $90,000/year, pro-rated for part-time hours. Hours/days may increase over time based on patient volume and clinic growth. What You'll Be Doing Leading initial patient visits — detailed balance and vestibular assessments that get to the root cause of dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and post-concussion effects. Running CVRT sessions on our state-of-the-art dynamic posturography/VR platform — technology that's actively rewiring how patients recover. Guiding patients through their results and their path forward with clarity and care Partnering with our team to deliver a concierge-level experience from the moment someone walks in. Keeping clean, compliant clinical records. Handling documentation for ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and extended health claims so patients can focus on getting better, not paperwork. What You Bring Registration in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (or eligibility for registration) A passion for vestibular rehab, balance disorders, or concussion management — experience here is strongly preferred. Experience with ICBC/WorkSafeBC billing and extended health frameworks is a plus. Sharp clinical reasoning for BPPV, vestibular neuritis, Meniere's disease, and post-concussion syndrome. Great communication skills and a genuine, patient-first mindset. Comfort working independently as a contractor while being part of a tight-knit clinical team. Current liability insurance (or the willingness to get it). Why You'll Love It Here Work hands-on with an RCT-validated protocol that's genuinely pushing the field of vestibular rehab forward. A sleek, tech-forward clinic where you can actually see your patients' progress in real time. A flexible schedule to start, with real momentum and growth potential as we scale. A small, driven team that lives and breathes great patient outcomes. Ready to help patients regain their balance? Send your resume to Audrey Chan at [email protected].
