We?re looking for a motivated and personable receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Responsibilities: * Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression. * Manage the booking system, including scheduling appointments and handling walk-ins. * Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally. * Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area. * Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily reconciliations accurately. * Assist with retail product sales and restocking. * Collaborate with barbers to ensure seamless operations.
