We are looking for a Parts Manager who leads from the front, builds strong processes, and drives both operational efficiency and financial performance. You understand inventory strategy, profitability, team leadership, and supplier relationships, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Compensation: based on knowledge, skills, and abilities. What You Will Own * Lead the Team Hire, train, and support Parts Advisors while setting clear expectations and measurable goals. Create a professional, customer-focused environment where accountability and teamwork drive results. * Run a Tight Operation Manage purchasing, inventory levels, and stock control to keep the department efficient and profitable. Monitor trends, control obsolescence, coordinate recalls with Service, and ensure daily accuracy in receiving and invoicing. * Drive Financial Performance Set monthly targets, manage the department budget, analyze sales and expense reports, and identify opportunities to improve margins and workflow. * Strengthen Relationships Build lasting partnerships with customers and suppliers while supporting dealership growth through smart promotions and market awareness. * Protect the Business Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and actively contribute to dealership leadership discussions and strategy.
