RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Facilitate Financing Options: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans. * Credit Management: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions. * Sales of Add-Ons: Offer valuable products such as extended warranties, insurance, and vehicle protection packages that enhance the ownership experience. * Transaction Completion: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency. * Customer Relationships: Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and supports strong customer satisfaction. * Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
