Manager, Business Operations & Performance Saskatoon, SK We're looking for a Manager, Business Operations & Performance to join a growing technology business supporting critical transportation and public safety solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering and Legal to drive business performance through data, forecasting and commercial insight. You'll own reporting across CRM and ERP systems, analyse sales and revenue performance, support executive reporting, and help manage contracts, bids and commercial governance. What we're looking for: 7+ years' experience in business operations, finance, commercial operations, analytics or a similar role. Strong analytical and financial skills with advanced Excel expertise. Experience with CRM and ERP platforms (HubSpot and NetSuite preferred). Background in forecasting, reporting, contract management or commercial analysis. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions through data. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in business strategy and performance, helping senior leadership make informed commercial decisions within an innovative technology organisation.
