Résumé du poste

About Stem Health Stem Health is reimagining the primary care experience for individuals who want a more thoughtful relationship with their health. Physician-led and membership-based, we combine medical excellence with the warmth of hospitality anchored in a beautifully designed flagship clinic at First Canadian Place, opening September 2026. Our care model is relationship-based, data-informed, and built on time, trust, and exceptional service. Position Summary Stem Health believes that restorative care is not a luxury, it is a pillar of a well-designed health experience. We are looking for a skilled and grounded Registered Massage Therapist to bring our philosophy of recovery and wellbeing to life inside our flagship clinic. In this role, you will deliver therapeutic massage to Stem Health members at our clinic at First Canadian Place, tailoring each session to the member's unique health goals whether that is musculoskeletal support, stress relief, or proactive maintenance. You will be a valued member of the clinical team, collaborating with physicians, physiotherapists, and allied health providers to ensure every member receives integrated, continuous care. This is an invitation to practice in a space that prioritizes meaning before method. Key Responsibilities Carry the sanctuary You are the Stem Health experience in the treatment room. Every session reflects our standard: professional, warm, and deeply attentive creating a restorative atmosphere that members look forward to returning to. Pace the progress You prioritize time and trust. In a model built around unhurried care, you protect the space needed for a thorough, restorative experience ensuring no member ever feels like a checkbox on a crowded schedule. Clarify the body Provide therapeutic massage tailored to each member's health goals, from stress relief and relaxation to musculoskeletal support and injury prevention. Conduct thoughtful intake assessments to understand each member's history, goals, and contraindications before treatment. Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, tracking progress and outcomes across sessions. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to members, translating therapeutic outcomes into meaningful, actionable health insights. Collaborate On The Whole Work closely with the broader clinical team physicians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and allied health providers to integrate massage therapy into each member's Unified Health Story via the clinic's EHR system. Participate in care coordination conversations and contribute your perspective on musculoskeletal and wellness presentations. Document session notes, treatment plans, and progress with precision and timeliness. Qualifications & Experience Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Minimum 2 years of experience in a private clinic, wellness centre, or therapeutic environment. Strong technical skills across a variety of massage modalities Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy at minimum. Experience with therapeutic massage for musculoskeletal conditions, injury rehabilitation, and stress-related presentations. Skilled at building rapport and acting as a calm, professional host warmth and discretion in equal measure. Comfortable using EHR systems to document and coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team. Experience in executive health, concierge medicine, or hospitality-forward care environments is a significant asset. Genuine alignment with Stem Health's philosophy of proactive, relationship-based, member-centred care. Ideal Candidate You are a therapist who approaches each session with genuine curiosity about the person in front of you, their patterns, their stress, their history. You are technically precise, interpersonally warm, and quietly meticulous about documentation. You thrive in an environment where your work is seen as part of a larger health picture, not a standalone service. You show up with the same calm professionalism in every room, every time. Why Join Stem Health Practice massage therapy at a physician-led, membership-based clinic at its founding moment the flagship clinic opens at First Canadian Place in September 2026. A rhythmic schedule: trade high-volume burnout for a time-rich model that gives you the space to deliver truly restorative care. Integrated support: you are backed by an interdisciplinary team and a Living Health Story that keeps every provider in sync. A beautifully designed clinic is an environment built to reflect the standard of care you deliver. Meaningful growth: help us shape the future of proactive, integrated health in Canada.
