Job Description Summary STEMCELL is growing! We are looking for a Compensation and Organizational Design Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing recommendations and delivering various compensation programs as well as maintaining the systems and processes that support the company’s global compensation programs. You will partner closely with our HR Business team and other assigned client groups, consulting and advising on job architecture and delivering compensation education to all levels of the organization. In addition, this role will support and uphold our enterprise wide job leveling framework through consistent application and improvement of our job evaluation program. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Advise and consult with HR Business and Talent Partner teams and all levels of their client groups to solve architecture and compensation related challenges Oversee the job design, documentation and evaluation processes within client groups Manage cyclical global and enterprise wide compensation programs while maintaining global and regional market competitiveness Maintain the governance and integrity of our enterprise wide job levelling framework and all compensation related programs and policies, through their consistent application and timely programmatic review; Serve as an expert in conventional compensation practices staying on top of the latest trends, and best practices while building strong external partnerships to better understand market pressures/trends and support our competitive positioning Leverage insights data by extracting, compiling and synthesizing large data sets from a variety of sources while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality to inform decision-making Knowledge and Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience (Commerce, HR or related field preferred) Strong knowledge of compensation practices and theory CCP or CPHR designation considered an asset #NonBench #LI-Onsite #LI-KP1 STEMCELL Technologies is a privately owned, Vancouver-based biotechnology company that helps power leading-edge life science research around the world. The annual salary for this job ranges from: $83,700.00 - $125,500.00 STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
