Experience in family law is required. Responsibilities Include:* * Effectively managing a high volume of family law matters, for one or more associates * Reviewing, preparing, and organizing materials including pleadings, affidavits, briefs, disclosure, and other court documents. * Developing and maintaining positive relationships with co-workers, clients and other professionals. * Scheduling and organizing client meetings and attendances. * Document management. * Docketing time, as appropriate. * General administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: * Law Clerk Diploma considered an asset. * Ability to take initiative within the role and drafting legal documents are highly valued skills. * Proficiency in the most up-to-date docketing and file management software.
