You'll know you're succeeding when you: * Lead a motivated, engaged Parts team that consistently delivers exceptional service. * Maintain accurate inventory while reducing obsolescence and ensuring parts are available when customers and technicians need them. * Grow departmental profitability through strategic inventory management, vendor partnerships, and wholesale opportunities. * Build strong working relationships with the Service and Sales Departments to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance the customer experience. * Foster a positive, collaborative team culture through coaching, mentorship, and employee development. * Consistently meet or exceed departmental goals while maintaining Mazda and dealership standards. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Automotive, Business, or a related field is considered an asset. * 3+ years of dealership parts experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of automotive parts, vehicle systems, manufacturer programs, and inventory management. * Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and electronic parts catalogues. * Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills. * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
