This role ensures that parts are organized, tracked, and delivered safely, supporting both internal staff and customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments for accuracy and quality. * Prepare and package parts for shipment to customers, other dealerships, or service locations. * Maintain accurate inventory records, including documenting shipments, returns, and stock movements. * Operate shipping and receiving equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently. * Ensure parts are stored in an organized manner, easily accessible for parts advisors and technicians. * Coordinate with parts advisors and service staff to fulfill urgent or special orders. * Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and other stock control procedures as needed. * Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly shipping and receiving area. * Adhere to all safety guidelines, manufacturer standards, and dealership policies. * Perform other duties as assigned to support the Parts Department. Qualifications & Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or related field is an asset. * Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (automotive experience preferred). * Knowledge of inventory management systems and shipping procedures. * Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification an asset). * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
