We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Account Management team for a temporary contract (maternity leave replacement) of approximately 13 months. This position reports to the Account Management Team Lead. As an Account Coordinator you will assist the account management team with their daily tasks as well as work on bigger long-term projects. Stingray Business is a fast paced work environment requiring a candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit and good problem solving skills. Your day-to-day Assist Account Managers & Account Executives with daily tasks including: Order processing Account Maintenance Managing construction reports Reporting Creating/sending quotes Work With Clients On Outbound connectivity calls Email requests Smaller accounts Demo presentations of our CMS Additional Responsibilities Processing Change of Ownerships Working on projects to improve process efficiency Expense Reports Assisting with occasional events Your Skills And Qualifications Fluency in English & French, both oral and written.
