Compensation $100,000 – $115,000* Bonus Benefits The stated compensation range reflects the full scope of the role as currently structured and is provided in accordance with pay transparency requirements. Offers are determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and alignment with the role’s requirements. Position Description The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership within the print environment, combined with the proven ability to guide and nurture a diverse team of print press operators and print production personnel. The Press Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. This includes managing a team of print press operators and production personnel, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced production setting, using their leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop their team.
