Dental Technician – CAD/CAM | Fixed & Removable Stomadent Dental Laboratory – London, Ontario On-site position only. Remote work is not available. Please apply only if you are able to work on-site in London, Ontario. Stomadent Dental Laboratory is looking for an experienced Dental Technician / CAD-CAM Technician to join our team. We are seeking a technician with strong experience in digital dental technology, combined with good manual skills and a strong eye for detail, dental anatomy, function, and esthetics. Main Responsibilities Design dental restorations using Exocad Work with digital CAD/CAM production workflows Prepare and manage CAM jobs using MillBox Design and manufacture: Digital and printed models Crowns and bridges Veneers Night guards Implant-supported restorations Other fixed and removable dental restorations Review digital scans and cases before production Identify and report scans, bite records, missing information, or other case data that are insufficient or unacceptable for production Inform the supervisor before proceeding when case information needs clarification or correction Make necessary design adjustments to achieve proper fit, contacts, occlusion, function, and esthetics Communicate with other laboratory technicians regarding case requirements and production steps Assist with milling, 3D printing, finishing, and other digital laboratory processes as required Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Technician or Dental CAD/CAM Technician Experience with Exocad is strongly preferred Experience with MillBox is preferred Good knowledge of crown and bridge Experience with implant restorations Strong understanding of dental anatomy, function, occlusion, contacts, and restorative design Good manual skills and attention to detail Ability to work accurately and independently Strong quality-control standards Additional Assets Knowledge or experience with removable prosthetics is an asset, including: Complete dentures Partial dentures / cast partials Digital dentures Removable CAD/CAM workflows Experience with 3D printing, milling, digital models, and other dental CAD/CAM systems is also an advantage. We are looking for a reliable technician who understands that successful digital dentistry requires more than software knowledge. It requires a solid understanding of dental anatomy, function, materials, laboratory procedures, and hands-on dental technology. Position: Dental Technician / CAD-CAM Technician Location: London, Ontario Work environment: On-site dental laboratory — remote work is not available Qualified candidates are invited to submit a resume outlining their dental laboratory experience and relevant CAD/CAM skills.
