Responsibilities include performing all aspects of plant material care, such as planting, seeding, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, and pruning according to quality standards. Candidates should possess a diploma in horticulture or equivalent training, with relevant experience in landscape maintenance or greenhouse work being an asset. Essential abilities include good plant knowledge, recognizing diseases, safely using horticultural tools, and having strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather.
