<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong><strong>Warehouse and Dispatch Agent</strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>Stratus51 is looking for a warehouse and dispatch agent...</strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>The role involves</strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>Dispatch & Logistics</strong></strong></p><ul><li><strong><strong>Technician Scheduling:</strong></strong> Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch a fleet of approximately 18 low voltage field technicians daily.</li><li><strong><strong>Knowledge of Field Management Software:</strong></strong> Stratus51 Utilizes <strong><strong>Jobber</strong></strong> to assign tickets, track job progress, and update schedules in real time.</li><li><strong><strong>Work Order Review:</strong></strong> Review and audit field technician notes, photos, and job attachments within Jobber before closing out files to ensure accurate project completion.</li><li><strong><strong>On-Site Delivery:</strong></strong> Transport structured cabling, fiber spools, and racking equipment directly to client job sites.</li><li><strong><strong>Rush Pickups:</strong></strong> Drive to local distributors or vendors to retrieve critical inventory for immediate, time-sensitive site deployment.</li><li><strong><strong>Driver & Team Communication:</strong></strong> Maintain clear, real-time communication with field technicians and project managers to ensure on-time delivery of essential supplies.</li><li><strong><strong>Documentation:</strong></strong> Prepare and review all shipping documents, packing slips, and delivery manifests.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Updated Key Qualifications</strong></strong></p><ul><li><strong><strong>Industry Knowledge: </strong></strong>The ideal candidate will have a general working knowledge of the low voltage sector and be familiar with Category 5e, 6, 6a and fibre optic cabling and termination equipment, CCTV, Access Control and intrusion parts</li><li><strong><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></strong> Advanced proficiency with <strong><strong>Jobber</strong></strong> or comparable Field Service Management (FSM) platforms, Microsoft Office <strong><strong>(Proficient knowledge Word and Excel is key to this role)</strong></strong> and use of barcode scanners</li><li><strong><strong>Dispatching Skills:</strong></strong> Proven ability to manage a medium-sized fleet (15+ techs), prioritize urgent service tickets, and handle high-volume communications.</li><li><strong><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong></strong> Strong reading comprehension skills to review and verify technician notes for compliance, billing accuracy, and project scope.</li><li><strong><strong>Driving Record:</strong></strong> Valid driver's license with a clean commercial or personal driving abstract.</li><li><strong><strong>Experience:</strong></strong> 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or dispatching-ideally within the <span class="long-word">telecommunications,</span> electrical, or low voltage industry.</li><li><strong><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></strong> Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physically navigate a busy warehouse environment, including operating forklifts or pallet jacks.</li><li><strong><strong>Safety & Compliance:</strong></strong> Strict adherence to warehouse safety standards, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies, and material handling guidelines.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Candidate must be fluent in English.
