Repair Assembly Technician - Grande Prairie

Primary Duties: * Repair all Crown and OEM wellhead-based equipment * Dismantle and prepare equipment for repair * Hand in tags to get Work Orders created * Re-stamp equipment as modifications are made * Coordinate with the Quality Control department to ensure equipment inspections are completed and deadlines are met * Inform Supervisor/Lead Hand of any irregularities with orders or equipment * Assist with shop housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment * Perform other duties as assigned Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following: * High School diploma with related repair, rebuild and/or teardown experience an asset * Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of hand and power tools * Forklift and overhead crane experience an asset * Computer skills using MS Office or ERP system * Knowledge of Stream-Flo and/or competitors equipment an asset * A strong commitment to workplace safety * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Good communication (oral and written), organizational, time management and problem solving skills * Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. is a privately owned and operated Canadian manufacturer of wellhead, production gate valve and check valve equipment. The technician is responsible for repairing, dismantling, and preparing wellhead-based equipment while coordinating with quality control to ensure inspections and deadlines are met. They must also maintain shop cleanliness, manage work orders, and report any equipment irregularities to the supervisor.

Preferred candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant experience in repair, teardown, or rebuild processes. Proficiency with hand and power tools, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
