*Stride Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation* is looking for a *Physiotherapy Assistant* to join our *team*. We are looking for a *Physiotherapy Assistant* who is energetic, organized, and flexible to work with our patients and is willing to learn how to work with all modalities. This position requires a background in physiotherapy or rehabilitation, or completion of a Physiotherapy Assistant program. The candidate must be capable of treating patients with various physical conditions under the supervision of a Registered Physiotherapist. *Responsibilities:* * Assist the Physiotherapist with treatment of patients. * Perform physical therapy treatments including stretching, modalities, exercises, heating/icing, etc. * Billing and accepting payment for services. * Assist with scheduling of appointments. * Answering routine inquiries via telephone and email * And other general cleaning duties including: vacuuming, garbage and recycling etc. *Skills* * Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology is preferred * Outstanding communication skills in person and via email or phone call. * Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor. * Excellent organizational skills.
