Position Summary Strike is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across the infrastructure and industrial sectors in Saskatchewan. You’ll own the full project lifecycle from bid through close-out, managing budgets, crews, subcontractors, and client relationships. You’ll be based in our Saskatoon location with field travel as projects require. If you thrive in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment and want to be the decision-maker then this role is built for you. EXPECTATIONS Saskatoon-based role: Preference for local candidates Full P&L accountability: Budgets, cost control, invoicing, and margin performance Project execution from kickoff to close-out: Schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractors Bid leadership: Lead estimating efforts and ensure scope/constructability are captured Client relationships and change management: Be the face of Strike Safety culture: Ensure everyone comes home safe Qualifications Strong communicator and team player 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction Diploma or degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a trades equivalency Estimating, scheduling and cost control experience Proficiency in Primavera and Excel Why work for Strike: Based in Western Canada with a head office in Calgary, Alberta, we provide energy and industrial construction and maintenance services across the largest geographical area in Canada.
