Responsibilities: The Educational Services Director for StudySpot London oversees a comprehensive mentorship program that trains academic coaches to deliver executive function and neurodiverse support tailored to individual needs. By strategically partnering these coaches with high school and university students, the Director ensures the cultivation of essential habits, mindsets, and core study skills required for long-term independence. This individual will assume the license for StudySpot London, an educational services provider and must reside in the London, Ontario area. https://studyspot.ca/london/ Academic Coaches at StudySpot London target the fundamental habits, cognitive strategies, and mindsets required for lifelong learning. Services Offered by StudySpot London: Executive Function Coaching: Assisting students with essential life-management strategies, including organization, planning, time management, and building consistent homework routines. ADHD Mentoring & Neurodiverse Support: Providing tailored frameworks to help students with ADHD, learning disabilities, dysgraphia, and executive dysfunction manage materials and break assignments into manageable steps. Core Academic & Study Skills: Training students in active reading comprehension, note-taking strategies, written output, exam preparation, and post-test analytical reflection. Traditional Subject Tutoring There is tremendous potential for this platform to succeed in the academic coaching/mentor field. The ideal individual(s) to acquire StudySpot London licensing rights and spearhead this territory are those with a deep passion for education and a strong background in psychology, mentorship, and coaching. Four years remain on the current contract agreement. The initial license fee has already been paid in full. The only ongoing cost is the monthly maintenance licensing fee of $250.00 (+ tax). The license provides a complete framework for academic coaching, including: A customized micro-website Comprehensive training Online content manuals covering mentorship, academic focus, executive function skills, and mindset development Operating a license offers superior profit retention and flexibility compared to a traditional franchise model. Specifically, licensees enjoy the autonomy to adjust pricing, marketing, and layouts to best fit the local market. Qualifications: Advanced Educational Background: Holds a graduate degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Education, or a related behavioural science discipline. Expertise in Human Development: Possesses deep knowledge of developmental psychology and academic coaching, specifically tailored to the unique cognitive and emotional needs of high school students. Alignment with StudySpot's Method: Swaps traditional, subject-specific tutoring models for a holistic focus on executive functioning, cognitive strategies, and student independence. Strong Local Ties: Maintains established community roots and a robust professional network within London to drive local outreach, school integration, and business growth. Proven Management Capabilities: Exhibits strong operational leadership skills to manage a team of coaches, oversee daily business health, and maintain high standards of service.
