YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH STORE MANAGEMENT AND SALES ASSOCIATES, PERFORMING EXPERT ALTERATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS TO MEET CLIENT NEEDS. FROM PRECISE TAILORING TO MAINTAINING A WELL-ORGANIZED TAILOR SHOP, YOU WILL UPHOLD THE HIGH STANDARDS OF CRAFTSMANSHIP AND STYLE THAT DEFINE SUITSUPPLY. WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Perform expert alterations on men’s suits, shirts, coats, blazers, and trousers, including shortening/lengthening sleeves, tapering sides, lowering collars, adjusting trouser waist, and altering trouser length, thighs, and foot widths. * Accurately mark garments and ensure all alterations meet the company’s high standards for fit and finish. * Collaborate with sales associates to ensure proper sizing and garment recommendations for customers. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning tailor shop, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. * Provide high-level customer service by delivering timely and precise alterations, contributing to an elevated in-store experience. WHO YOU ARE: * Previous experience in garment alterations, preferably in men’s tailoring or formalwear. * Proficient in sewing techniques and the use of basic tailoring equipment and machines. * Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and color perception. * Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple alterations efficiently. * Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance and demeanor. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. * Willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
