Key Accountabilities: Lead and support warehouse personnel and third-party service providers to ensure safe and efficient operations Oversee warehouse, inventory management, and material fulfillment activities while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations Monitor operational performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Resolve receiving issues, including discrepancies, damaged materials, and delivery accuracy concerns Ensure effective material handling and maintain the care, custody, and control of inventory at all times Partner with stakeholders and service providers to remove barriers, improve performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities Support operational discipline by addressing complex issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and assisting with training and implementation of new initiatives Maintain a visible presence in the field, foster employee engagement, and participate in emergency response and cross-functional problem-solving activities Location & other key details This is an office-based role. You will work out of 3rd Party Warehouse facility located at 10 Corisande Dr, Mount Pearl, NL Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday 8-5 Our professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work Think we are a fit?
