This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting organizational success across a growing college with 11 campus locations. Reporting to the Vice President, People & Strategy, the HR Manager will provide strategic HR leadership across areas including: • Recruitment and selection • Labour relations • Performance management • Learning and development • Job evaluation and succession planning • Policy and collective agreement administration We're looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative leader who is passionate about employee engagement, workplace culture and effective people practices.
