Location: Sunderland, ON Company: Sunderland Co-operative Inc. Employment Type: Full-Time (20–40 hours per week) Wage: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of agriculture? We’re on the lookout for a part-time Inside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team at Sunderland Co-operative Inc.! If you have a passion for farming, enjoy helping customers find the right products, and you possess agricultural experience with crops and livestock, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do: * Engage with customers in-store and over the phone to assist them with their agricultural needs. * Showcase our wide range of products, from seeds to tools, and provide expert recommendations. * Build lasting relationships with our customers by delivering top-notch service and support. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and contribute to store promotions. * Perform assigned tasks to maintain a clean and safe working environment. * Assist with loading customer vehicles with purchased products according to load receipts. * Delivery of orders to customers. * Proficient with all social media platforms * Assist with the restocking of merchandise on shelves. * Assist with warehouse duties. * Other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: * A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. * A genuine interest in agriculture and a desire to learn more about our products. * Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Knowledge of agriculture is a plus but not required—just a willingness to learn!
