As a Lead Caregiver, you serve as the shift leader, ensuring exceptional, consistent resident care while coaching and supporting the caregiving team. What You’ll Do: Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage Provide hands-on ADL support when needed Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP) Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly Support onboarding and mentor new team members Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions You are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care Lead Caregiver – Grow Your Career While Leading Compassionate Care Lead Caregiver | Assisted Living | Senior Care Leadership Pay Range 19.45 - 24.35 Employment Information This position is subject to applicable provincial employment standards.
