As a Dishwasher, you support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards. What You’ll Do: • Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations • Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware • Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs • Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments • Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas • Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies • Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times • Support dining service duties as assigned You help create a safe, organized kitchen environment that supports quality meal service and resident well-being. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards.
