This is not a scripted environment or a training ground. It is built for salespeople who know how to lead the conversation, create clarity, and close. You?ll be running 4 to 6 qualified in-home leads per day. A functional vehicle and a valid driver?s licence are required, as this role involves traveling to homeowner appointments. It takes us two days to determine if you are fit for this job during the first day of training.
