Résumé du poste

About the Role We are looking for a creative Full Stack Developer with a strong eye for UI/UX to lead the vision for the front-end for our hybrid quantum-AI computing environment. You will also serve as a core member of the Professional Services team, helping enterprise clients onboard and customize the platform. Responsibilities Re-architect and revamp the Super Platform UI/UX: improve layout, user flows, visual design, responsiveness, and accessibility. Build modern, responsive front-end components using frameworks like Next.js/React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS and animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion). Integrate with backend APIs and real-time data visualisation (for algorithm runs, agent workflows, monitoring dashboards). Work closely with UX/design team to transition from Figma (or similar) prototypes into production-ready code. Enhance developer-centric experiences in the platform: code editing UI, live feedback, real-time previews, debugging tools (inspired by platforms like Cursor or similar). Provide Professional Services support: customise UI/dashboard for enterprise clients, perform client workshops, gather feedback, extend the platform for bespoke enterprise workflows. Maintain component libraries, ensure accessibility standards (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness. Requirements 2–4 years of professional full-stack web development experience with demonstrable UI/UX focus. Strong skills in front-end technologies: React (or Next.js), TypeScript, TailwindCSS (or equivalent CSS frameworks), state management (Redux, Zustand, etc). Comfortable with backend technologies: Node.js, Express (or equivalent), REST/GraphQL APIs, real-time websockets (optional but a plus). Experience designing and building developer-centric UI/UX (code editors, dashboards, workflow tools) or a strong interest/aptitude in this area. Familiarity with design-system principles, component libraries, responsive design, accessibility standards. Experience in client-facing or service-oriented roles (Professional Services) is a plus. Bonus: experience with Electron or desktop/web hybrid apps, animation/UX libraries (Framer Motion), integrating with AI/LLM-based UIs, A/B testing, analytics tracking. Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonus structure. Stock options / equity participation – be part of the upside of a foundational platform in quantum + classical + AI. Flexible work arrangements – choose your Canadian/US location, hybrid office/remote as fits your style. Professional development budget: attend conferences (Quantum/AI/HPC), certifications, workshops. Access to cutting-edge hardware – quantum access, HPC clusters, GPUs for experimentation and personal innovation time. Work Culture We foster a collaborative research-meets-engineering environment: you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge quantum methods and real-world systems. Flat organisation, open communication: bring ideas, experiment, iterate. Ownership mindset: you will own modules end-to-end, from prototype to production. Strong emphasis on learning, curiosity, and innovation – we expect you to push boundaries and help build the future of computing. Global & diverse team: though based in Canada, you’ll work across time zones collaborating with UAE, US, Europe. Focus on work-life balance: flexible hours, remote-friendly, and inclusive of personal commitments. SuperQ is committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
