This position is responsible for leading the entire parts department, ensuring technicians have the right parts at the right time, maintaining profitable estimates, managing inventory, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What you'll do As our Parts Manager, you will: Lead the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department Source quality automotive parts from trusted suppliers at competitive pricing Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors Prepare accurate and profitable repair estimates Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure repairs are complete and efficient Order, receive, inspect, and organize parts for scheduled repairs Monitor backorders and proactively source alternatives to avoid delays Process warranty claims, returns, and core credits Maintain accurate inventory using Protractor shop management software Help maximize shop profitability through effective purchasing and inventory management Maintain a clean, organized, professional parts department Track department performance and continuously improve processes What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has: Previous automotive parts experience (Parts Advisor or Parts Manager preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive parts, suppliers, and estimating Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience negotiating with vendors Strong computer skills and the ability to learn shop management software Great communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and a desire to help the entire shop succeed The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bonus points if you have: Experience with Protractor Automotive service estimating experience Leadership or supervisory experience Red Seal Parts Technician certification (not required) What We Offer Competitive hourly wage Performance bonus opportunities Monday to Friday schedule Ongoing training and career development Supportive leadership team Modern, well-equipped facility Company benefits Employee pricing Team events Opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow throughout Western Canada Why SuperTech?
