We are looking for Journeymen Electricians to join us at our Grande Prairie branch. What You'll Be Doing Complete cutting, threading, bending, and assembling rigid, aluminum and conduit systems. Install and maintain EMT and PVC piping systems, batteries, solar panels, voltage regulators, MCC equipment, heat trace, and VFD’s. Interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications to better help execute electrical installation and troubleshooting. Understand and execute basic circuit fundamentals, alternating current circuit properties, heating and cooling systems, magnetic control and switching circuits, three phase systems, transformers, machines, control and switching/PLC, fire alarm systems, red seal programs, industry network, and applications of electronics. Test electrical equipment and components for current, voltage and OHMS. Responsible for material ordering, and QAQC documents directly associated with the project at hand. Work with, mentor and support apprentices. What You Need to Succeed Journeyman Electrician Certification Valid Class 5 license with a clean driver abstract. Valid H2S, First Aid, OSSA Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, CSO, and CSTS an asset. Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry in construction or maintenance is considered an asset. Ability to work in various working conditions ranging from outdoors to indoors in a variety of weather conditions and working from heights as needed. Where do you apply? Exigences

Must be a Certified Journeyman Electrician with a valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean abstract. Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry and various safety certifications are considered strong assets.
