Tractor Disc Operator Responsibilities: Must be able to operate a variety of packing equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Must be familiar with aspects of road construction and compaction of soil. Willing to help ground personnel when required. Preform pre and post trip inspections on the unit. Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture. The Tractor Disc Operator is responsible for turning soil to facilitate drying for compaction and operating various packing equipment safely. They must also perform pre- and post-trip inspections and adhere to company safety protocols.

Candidates must have at least two seasons of experience as a Tractor Disc Operator and possess a personal reliable vehicle. Additionally, applicants must be able to work in physically demanding conditions and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
