Summary The Assistant Manager is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level. This role is vital in developing future store leaders who will uphold our commitment to excellent customer service and operational excellence. This role is not for the manager that sits in the office, this is a hands-on, on the floor selling role. We are looking for driven, customer-focused Managers who are ready to build a career. We are looking for * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent communication and organizational abilities * Experience or interest in retail sales management * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred but not mandatory If you are * Energetic, positive, and customer-focused * Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills * Sales-savvy, understanding how to drive sales both for yourself and the store * A coach and mentor who can keep the team focused, motivated on target Basic Requirement * High School diploma required (post-secondary preferred) * Weekend and evening availability * Reliable transportation * Proficient in computers/technology What you will do * Assist in daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. * Support the management team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. * Participate in staff training and development activities. * Help oversee inventory control, merchandising, and store presentation. * Contribute to team leadership by motivating staff and fostering a positive work environment. * Learn about budgeting, payroll, and administrative tasks related to retail management. * Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience. * Collaborate with various departments to support company growth objectives.
