At Survalent, we're looking for a collaborative and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) projects. In this role, you'll partner with customers and cross-functional teams to manage projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Essential Functions: Ensure compliance with PMO standards, processes, and documentation to maintain consistency and quality across all projects. Define project scope and goals with senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor and manage project resources (time, budget, personnel, equipment) to ensure optimal delivery and margin performance. Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams through regular schedule reviews, progress updates, and stakeholder communications. Lead project kick-off and status meetings to align teams, track progress, and resolve issues early. Coordinate internal and external project activities, including technical meetings and stakeholder engagement. Document and follow up on meeting outcomes, action items, and decisions to ensure execution and transparency. Support development and production teams in meeting milestones and deliverables, resolving blockers proactively. Identify scope changes and manage them through the change control process. Monitor project margins and take action to improve results. Review technical documentation and support quality checks. Manage multiple concurrent projects across various phases, maintaining high standards of execution and customer satisfaction. Perform additional duties as required to support project and organizational success. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Project. Strong aptitude for learning and applying new technologies in a fast-paced software and engineering environment. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and reporting tools (considered an asset). Experience in the utility industry, particularly with SCADA, OMS, and DMS systems, is a strong asset. Spanish-speaking capability is an asset This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Director, PMO & Proposals. The salary range for this role is $80,000- $95,000.
