We combine powerful capabilities with intuitive design, effectively serving every use case, from customer experience to employee engagement, market research to payment and registration forms. With built-in research expertise and AI-powered technology, it’s like having a team of expert researchers at your fingertips. Trusted by millions—from startups to Fortune 500 companies—SurveyMonkey helps teams gather insights and information that inspire better decisions, create experiences people love, and drive business growth. Discover how at surveymonkey.com. What we’re looking for SurveyMonkey has spent 25+ years helping organizations collect feedback. What most people don’t know is that we have accumulated one of the richest feedback datasets on the planet with billions of answered questions across industries, company sizes, and geographies. We are looking for a Senior PM to turn that into genuine product advantage. This is a product-facing role where you will define what features we build with that data, shape how customers experience corpus-powered intelligence, and partner with our AI/ML and data science teams to ship it. Apply if you’re drawn to problems where the data is real, the customer value is unclear, and the upside is significant. What you’ll be working on Own the roadmap for data-powered product features including benchmarks, longitudinal insights, cross-survey intelligence, and more Identify where our data corpus creates customer value worth paying for and where it doesn’t Work closely with AI/ML engineering and data science to scope and ship Build the measurement framework to understand what drives retention and expansion Help define and execute SurveyMonkey’s long-term data moat strategy We’d love to hear from people with 5+ years in product management, with significant experience on data-intensive or AI-powered products Sharp instincts for what customers actually want from data vs. what sounds good in a pitch Experience in ambiguous, foundational spaces and ability to help craft the roadmap Strong collaboration skills with data science and ML partners SaaS background where data was core to the product value proposition The base pay provided for this position ranges from CAD $133,450.00/ year - $157,000.00/ year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience. Bonuses may also be offered as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; RRSP matching; flexible spending & health savings account; paid holidays; paid time off; employee assistance program; and other company benefits. This opening is for an existing vacancy. SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution. While this role is remote, it may require in-person participation. You will be encouraged to attend company events throughout the year. These events will take place at a designated SurveyMonkey office or location. #LI-remote Why SurveyMonkey? We’re glad you asked At SurveyMonkey, curiosity powers everything we do.
