Résumé du poste
Senior Manager, Client Segment Strategy & Execution — 12-Month Contract (Toronto, Hybrid) My client, one of Canada's Big 5 banks, is hiring a Senior Manager to lead growth and client experience strategy for two priority client segments within their Personal & Business Banking group — including their national program serving the Canadian Defence Community. This is a segment ownership seat, not a support role. You'll own the strategic roadmap for your segments end to end: acquisition, engagement, retention, and share of wallet. You'll be the enterprise SME for your segments, shaping value propositions from client and market insights, leading complex cross-functional initiatives from business case through delivery, and managing senior relationships with external partners whose alignment your program depends on. You'll own segment budgets and investment decisions, and you'll be expected to bring executive-ready reporting and business cases that turn data into clear recommendations. What the right person looks like: 8+ years in client segment strategy, segment management, strategic partnerships, or business development — ideally within banking, telco, insurance, or another large matrixed organization You've owned a growth mandate with real numbers attached — acquisition targets, retention, revenue — not just supported one You've led strategic partnerships at a senior level and know how to create mutual value with external organizations You've taken large, cross-functional initiatives from business case through execution, with governance and risk management along the way Strong financial acumen — you've built business cases, managed budgets, and defended investment decisions to executives The details: 12-month contract with strong possibility of extension and/or conversion to permanent Hybrid — 3 days/week onsite in downtown Toronto Full-time hours, 7.5 hrs/day Pay: $42–47/hr (T4) or up to $57/hr (incorporated/corp-to-corp), depending on structure and experience If you've built and grown a client segment inside a complex organization and want a mandate with genuine ownership — and a real path to a permanent seat at a major bank — I'd like to hear from you.
