Senior Product Designer (UX) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite) Contract: 6 Months (Extension Possible) Pay Rate: T4: 45-53 IC: 55-62 What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end design process from research to final designs Design intuitive desktop and mobile experiences Simplify complex user journeys and business workflows Work within established design systems Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Design teams Present design concepts and explain your design decisions What We're Looking For Must Have Experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer Strong end-to-end product design experience User research and user-centered design experience Experience designing complex digital products or workflows Experience with desktop and mobile design Experience using design systems Strong communication and presentation skills A portfolio with strong case studies Nice to Have Banking or Financial Services experience Experience with AI tools in the design process Why Join? Lead the end-to-end design process from initial research to final high-fidelity designs for desktop and mobile. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex user journeys and implement established design systems.

Must have strong experience in product or UX design with a focus on complex digital workflows and user research. A portfolio demonstrating strong case studies and experience with design systems is required.
