Our challenge We are seeking a Facilitate agile delivery across one or more engineering squads working on the platform. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $120k – CAD $125k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Run sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retros). Remove blockers and facilitate cross-team coordination. Track velocity and delivery metrics. Support onboarding of new engineers into agile workflows. Requirements: 7+ years Scrum Master experience in software engineering environments. CSM/PSM certification preferred. Experience with distributed/multi-geography teams. Familiarity with blockchain/fintech delivery a plus. Exigences

Requires 7+ years of Scrum Master experience within software engineering environments. CSM or PSM certification is preferred, along with experience managing distributed teams.
