Senior Java Backend Engineer

The environment is agile, with heavy investments in new features, DevOps practices, and system performance improvements. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java solutions, collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery . Responsibilitie s:Own project development related to the risk management system, clarifying business need s.Develop, test, and deliver high-performance Java code within an agile setu p.Collaborate with the team and business units to define detailed specifications and standard s.Support CI/CD pipelines and incorporate best DevOps practice s.Enhance existing functionalities while innovating new feature s.Work across technologies using Java, SQL, NoSQL, and related tool s.Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic agile environmen t. Skil ls:Strong analytical and problem-solving skil ls.7-15 years in Java backend developme nt.Deep understanding of software design principles and patter ns.Proficiency in Java (class loading, garbage collection, Java 8 feature s).Experience with NoSQL databases such as Mongo DB.Familiarity with BDD tools like JBehave or Cucumb er.Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Gradle, Jenkins, Liquiba se.Experience with SQL databases like D B2.ORM knowledge such as JPA/Hiberna te.Familiarity with Snowflake, XML, JSON, UNIX/Lin ux.Experience with TDD and source control (GI T). The candidate will develop and deliver high-performance Java solutions for advanced risk and model management systems within an agile environment. Responsibilities include owning project development, collaborating with stakeholders to define specifications, and supporting CI/CD pipelines.

Requires 7-15 years of experience in Java backend development with deep knowledge of software design principles and Java 8 features. Proficiency in NoSQL, SQL, ORM frameworks, and DevOps tools like Jenkins and Gradle is essential.
