Key Responsibilities Advise clients on estate planning and administration matters. Draft and review Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and personal directives. Assist with estate disputes, claims, and litigation. Provide practical legal advice on complex estate and succession matters. Manage files independently while maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with lawyers and other stakeholders on complex matters. Maintain accurate, organized, and efficient file and practice management. Qualifications JD or LLB required. Admitted to the Alberta Bar with no exceptions. 3-7 years of post-call experience. In good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. Experience in estate planning, estate administration, estate disputes, or litigation. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong client-service skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
