We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator-Project Manager to join our Millwrighting & Rigging team. This role involves sales, estimating, coordinating, executing, and managing service work and projects. Reporting to the Millwrighting & Rigging Team Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with other Estimator-Project Managers across trades, as well as vendors and internal departments including administration, finance, fabrication, and tool crib staff in Kitchener. Typical Work Environment Active industrial and construction job sites Office-based estimating and project coordination Travel to various locations across Ontario Occasional after-hours or emergency service work Duties Perform estimating, job site coordination, and project execution in collaboration with customers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams (manpower, purchasing, tool crib, and administration) Manage project scheduling, safety compliance, job costing, subcontractor pricing, and change order estimates Prepare billing and invoices, and assist with payment processes as needed Conduct sales activities, maintain customer communication, and follow up after project completion Build and maintain strong relationships to support employee engagement and customer retention Carry out additional responsibilities as required Participate in an on-call rotation and remain available 24/7 to support customer needs Demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and results-oriented performance Attend safety meetings, training sessions, sales meetings, and strategic planning discussions as required Provide consistent support to both customers and team members to ensure successful project outcomes As a provider of 24/7 service, candidates must be willing and able to respond promptly to customer needs, including outside of regular working hours. Work Location Hybrid in Kitchener, ON Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in millwrighting project management and estimating (required)
