Senior Architectural Technologist

About The Role This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality construction documentation, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project delivery from design through completion. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce accurate, coordinated architectural drawing packages using Revit. Lead consultant coordination meetings and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders. Assist with technical research, drawing preparation, and specification development. Support project delivery in collaboration with project managers and design teams. Coordinate and oversee project deliverables to ensure quality and schedule requirements are met. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist. Strong experience producing construction documents using Revit. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM. Solid understanding of architectural building systems, construction methods, and applicable building codes. Excellent coordination, organization, and time management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience leading consultant coordination and working within multidisciplinary project teams. Experience with multi-unit residential projects is considered an asset. Knowledge of Enscape, Twinmotion, or Veras is an asset.
