Workday Integrations Architect. Level: Mid/Senior Consultant Start: Date: July 27, 2026 Duration: Nov.1 ,2027 Hours: Full-time 40/hrs /week Location: Remote within Canada- EST zone Travel - N/A Languages: English Rate: $100-140/hr Description Key Responsibilities Define and own the integration architecture strategy for Workday and connected enterprise applications. Design end-to-end integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and APIs. Lead integration design workshops and provide architectural guidance to business and technical teams. Architect integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, ServiceNow, ERP, Identity Management, and third-party vendor platforms. Establish best practices, governance, security, monitoring, and performance optimization standards. Review technical designs, resolve complex integration challenges, and support deployment activities. Collaborate with functional, security, reporting, and data conversion teams to deliver integrated solutions. Drive integration strategy for data transformations, middleware platforms, and cloud integration technologies. Provide leadership and mentoring to Workday integration developers and technical teams. Required Qualifications 8+ years of integration architecture experience, including 4+ years with Workday. Strong expertise in: Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), XML, XSLT, JSON Experience integrating Workday with ERP, Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems. Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Finance modules. Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services, or Dell Boomi. Knowledge of security architecture, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and data privacy requirements. Excellent stakeholder management, solution design, and leadership skills. A Workday certification is an asset. You must currently reside in Canada We do not subcontract No agencies please.

Define and own the integration architecture strategy for Workday and connected enterprise applications while designing end-to-end solutions. Lead integration design workshops, establish governance standards, and provide technical leadership to development teams.

Requires over 8 years of integration architecture experience, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Workday. Must possess deep expertise in Workday integration tools, middleware platforms, and enterprise system connectivity.
