AI Engineer

Position Overview We are seeking an innovative AI Engineer / AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that leverage Generative AI, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Workflow Automation. The ideal candidate will have strong JavaScript development experience and hands-on expertise building AI-powered applications, integrating LLMs, and automating business processes. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions that enhance productivity, automate workflows, and accelerate software delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using enterprise-grade LLMs and AI frameworks. Build and orchestrate AI Agents to automate business processes, knowledge retrieval, decision support, and software development workflows. Develop effective AI prompts and prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM accuracy, consistency, and response quality. Design and implement AI-powered workflow automation using agentic AI frameworks and enterprise integrations. Develop backend services and APIs using JavaScript (Node.js) and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Build AI-enabled web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js. Integrate AI models using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other enterprise LLM platforms. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories. Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions. Build reusable AI services, prompt libraries, and agent workflows for enterprise applications. Develop REST APIs and microservices to support AI applications and enterprise integrations. Optimize AI model performance, prompt quality, latency, and operational efficiency. Ensure AI solutions follow enterprise security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. Required Skills 5+ years of software development experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and modern web development. Experience with React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents. Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization techniques. Experience building AI workflow automation and agent orchestration solutions. Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Llama models. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, and Microservices. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications and orchestrate AI Agents to automate business processes. They will collaborate with various teams to build scalable AI solutions that enhance productivity and accelerate software delivery.

Candidates should have over 5 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development frameworks. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents is essential, along with knowledge of prompt engineering and workflow automation.
