Salesforce Lead

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead with 12+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex and will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires a technical leader who can collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor development teams, drive best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable and high-quality Salesforce applications. Mandatory Requirements 12+ years of overall IT experience. 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex (mandatory). Experience leading Salesforce development teams and enterprise implementations. Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Architect scalable and secure Salesforce applications aligned with business requirements. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators. Develop and maintain custom applications using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Review code, enforce development standards, and drive best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support when required. Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform governance, security, and performance standards. Participate in solution design, estimation, planning, and delivery activities.
