Our reputation is built on attention to detail, technical excellence, and a passion for quality workmanship. We are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout. This role requires a detail-oriented and technically proficient leader who can coordinate effectively with site staff, trades, vendors, and stakeholders. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project's lifecycle, ensuring that schedules, labor, quality, and costs are managed effectively. The Project Manager is a hands-on contributor, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any challenges to keep the work on track. Why Join our Team Competitive, 100% employer paid benefits package RRSP Matching Positive and encouraging work environment Family oriented company that treats all employees like family Opportunity for growth and career advancement Continued education opportunities Company events Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical construction projects from startup through closeout with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost control Manage RFIs, site instructions, change orders, and drawing updates with clear communication to site teams Support Foremen and field staff through regular site visits, coordination, and responsive problem‑solving Prepare and review cost estimates, purchase orders, contracts, and project documentation Track job costs, allocate to cost codes, and provide accurate billing and closeout reporting Deliver concise monthly project updates to executive leadership, covering labor, materials, risks, and progress Coordinate material, equipment, and prefab deliveries to align with construction schedules Lead QA/QC, commissioning, and end of project commissioning, including O&M manuals and LEED documentation where required Maintain strong working relationships with developers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Champion safety compliance, ensuring documentation, training, and procedures meet all OHS requirements Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and project execution Collaborate with estimating, HR, and operations teams to support bidding, resourcing, and training initiatives What Sets You Apart Minimum 5 years in senior Project Manager Role Red Seal Certification in Plumbing is an asset PMP designation considered an asset Experience managing residential projects, primarily high-rise residential. Strong communication skills – clear, concise, and effective, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Committed to collaboration, team success, and high-quality results. Integrity-driven, accountable, and consistent in delivering on responsibilities. Detail-oriented, technically sound, and proactive in problem-solving Formal training in plumbing is considered an asset. Ability to travel between the office and job sites. Legally entitled to work full-time in Canada.
