This hands-on role is responsible for troubleshooting machinery, performing preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. [ Support production operations and equipment reliability. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality. Maintain safety and regulatory compliance standards. Qualifications10+ years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Ability to work in both Canada and the United States and cross the border as needed. Technical training or certifications are an asset.
