Trainees will undergo a classroom-based orientation followed by hands-on operational experience in a retail branch. The goal is to develop management skills across sales, marketing, and finance to eventually progress to a Branch Manager role.

Candidates should be results-driven individuals with the ability to engage customers and find creative solutions. Strong collaborative skills, positivity, and the ability to motivate others are essential.
