We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Partner to lead and expand a strategic client relationship within the Oil & Gas sector. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving account growth, strengthening C-level relationships, managing large-scale delivery portfolios, and achieving revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement targets. The successful candidate will bring 15-20 years of experience, a strong Oil & Gas industry background, and proven success managing large P&Ls, complex client engagements, and geographically distributed teams. This role requires executive presence, consultative selling capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across service lines including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Application Development, Managed Services, and Customer Service. Desired Skills & Experience Experience with Global Delivery Model with demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologies. Relevant Experience 15 to 20 years Ability to present at senior levels, and executive levels. Strong Oil and Gas Industry domain background is desired. Ability to work with diverse TCS teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones. Ability to manage multi-cultural teams. Willing to travel to different client locations in Canada / US. Prior experience of managing a large P&L in a Leadership role is a must. Description of Responsibilities: Seasoned leader to manage and grow our business and relationship with the account. Onsite Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the VP, and CXO level. Accountable for hard targets of Revenue growth, Order booking, Operating margin, Customer satisfaction, and Employee satisfaction Work closely with the business relationship managers (BRM s) and customer side decision makers across Infrastructure and Cyber security Managed Services, Application Development and Maintenance Services, Customer Service, and corporate functions. C-Level Relationship Management and consistent track record for the same Define the approach and set the plan to expand this account by quarterly plans. Manage a team of sales and delivery. Identifying and grooming team members into future leaders at TCS Facilitating the team to present delivery successes in strong and positive way to drive growth and quality of business. Sales management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Delivery management through scheduled engagement reviews between Customer(s) and Delivery leaders. Drive demand generation strategy and execution through the customer facing teams. Define and execute the Account specific marketing plan for building relationships and TCS brand. Collaborate with other horizontals of TCS to penetrate new areas, and drive growth in existing areas where TCS has business. Lead the teams in publishing and presenting proposals (proactive as well as responses to RFP/RFIs) Interacting with Supplier relationship team from customer organization and maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices, and payments. TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation. This post is for a current vacancy.
